Corrections policy
Pupnex aims to publish accurate, useful information about puppy buying, breed care and animal-welfare requirements in the UK and Ireland. We welcome supported corrections from readers, breeders and qualified professionals.
How to report an error
Send the page URL, the exact statement you believe is incorrect, your proposed correction and a reliable supporting source through our contact page. Useful sources include current legislation, government guidance, veterinary organisations, recognised welfare bodies and official breed-health programmes. Clear evidence helps us investigate efficiently; an unsupported disagreement may not be enough to change published information.
How reports are reviewed
The editorial team checks the original wording, the date and authority of the supplied evidence, and whether newer guidance has replaced the source used on the page. Where specialist interpretation is needed, we may seek clarification from an appropriately qualified body. Questions about an individual Pupnex puppy are reviewed against our available records and terms. We do not determine private disputes outside the scope of a purchase made directly with Pupnex.
What happens after a correction
Substantive errors are corrected promptly. We update the page modification date and regenerate affected metadata or structured data where necessary. Minor spelling, grammar or formatting changes may be made without a separate notice because they do not change the meaning. Requests to remove accurate information are considered separately under applicable privacy and legal obligations.
Transparency and follow-up
We will acknowledge a complete report and may ask for more detail before reaching a decision. If the evidence does not support a change, we may leave the page unchanged. Our approach to research, attribution and commercial independence is explained in our editorial standards.
