How we care for our puppies
Our programme is centred on the welfare of our dogs and puppies. We take time to discuss a puppy's individual needs, records and collection arrangements with the family considering them. We also encourage families to use our buying and care guides alongside their conversation with us.
Welfare first
We raise our puppies with attention to their daily care, early socialisation and readiness for family life.
Health information
We discuss the health records, vaccinations, microchip details and relevant parent health information for each puppy directly with prospective families.
Responsible placement
We encourage questions, thoughtful decisions and an opportunity to understand each puppy before a reservation or collection is agreed.
Ongoing support
Pupnex remains available to help new families prepare for their puppy and settle them into their new home.
