Please read these Terms carefully before using Pupnex or reserving one of our puppies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pupnex website, mobile applications or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Using our Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or make a puppy reservation. You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to interfere with them, impersonate another person, send unsolicited communications, or use automated tools to collect data without our written consent.
3. Puppy reservations and purchases
Pupnex is the breeder and seller of the puppies shown on this website. Reservations are subject to availability and Pupnex confirmation.
**Payment:** Full payment or an approved payment plan must be completed before delivery is arranged.
**Accuracy:** You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
**Non-transferability:** Reservations are non-transferable without Pupnex's written consent.
**Cancellations:** Cancellation terms depend on the stage of the reservation; ask Pupnex about the applicable terms before reserving.
4. Health records and purchase terms
Health records, warranties and other purchase terms are specific to an individual Pupnex puppy. Please request and review the relevant documents and terms in writing before paying a deposit or completing a purchase.
Nothing in our general guidance replaces advice from a veterinary surgeon, solicitor or other qualified professional who has assessed your circumstances.
5. Delivery and acceptance
Pupnex will discuss collection or delivery arrangements for your puppy before a reservation is completed. You agree to inspect the puppy and the records provided at handover, and to arrange prompt veterinary care after your puppy comes home.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio and software, belongs to Pupnex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. User content
If you submit reviews, photographs or other content to Pupnex, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our Services. You must have the right to submit it and it must not be unlawful, misleading or infringe another person's rights.
8. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUPNEX IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to Pupnex in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights that apply under UK or Irish law.
